Pricing: Please contact us for pricing and freight quotes on any of our products. Be sure and inquire about quantity discounts on selected items, as well as “package deals”, where multiple products are to be purchased. All mouldings and millwork are available in any wood we can acquire on a special order basis, and many are also produced in MDF. Our products may be shipped unfinished, primed, stained, sealed, or prefinished. Also, please consider us for mouldings not seen in this catalog as we welcome an opportunity to quote special projects or simply create a new pattern.

Lineal Footage: Due to the random width and length boards normally supplied by hardwood lumber mills, most hardwood mouldings are shipped on a random length basis. We will use the longest lengths available in any given species and may provide, upon request, mouldings of specified lengths, for an up-charge. We also recommend adding 10-15% to lineal footage estimates to allow for waste, errors, etc. Remember that it is much less expensive to have a little extra than to pay for a set-up fee which may accompany small runs. Our moulders are equipped with lineal footage counters so that we may accurately supply ordered quantities.

Terms: Orders are placed on our production schedule once payment is received. A 75% deposit is required to secure order, with balance due just prior to shipment OR receive a 3% discount if entire order is paid in advance. We accept cards, checks, cash, and wire transfers (a 3% convenience fee will be added to card payments). Payments are no longer accepted through USPS unless sent overnight or priority. Estimated time frame for most project completion is approximately 12-16 weeks, but may be more or less depending upon job specifics. We will not be held liable for supplier delays, weather, machinery malfunctions, etc. These are custom-made products and may not be refunded, returned or cancelled. All orders MUST be signed and returned to complete processing. While we try to work within your time frame, a construction schedule does not dictate our production time. We will not compromise our reputation for product excellence in order to expedite any project.
